idn99 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 By registering an Account on idn99, depositing funds, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them in full.

2.2 These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published separately.

2.3 Where any conflict exists between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion or game, the more specific document shall prevail in respect of the matter to which it relates, unless idn99 expressly states otherwise.

2.4 idn99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please refer to Clause 16 for the full Amendments policy.

3.1 To register and use idn99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. idn99 strictly enforces this age threshold and conducts mandatory KYC age verification on all Accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• You must be acting as an individual, in your own name, for personal and recreational purposes only.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing, using, or funding an online gambling account is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether issued by idn99, by another operator to which idn99 grants mutual recognition, or by any responsible gambling organisation.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must not be employed by idn99, by any of its affiliated companies, or by any game provider whose products are offered on the Platform, in a capacity where access to non-public pricing or outcome data could confer an unfair advantage.

3.2 idn99 primarily serves players based in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are aware of the legal context of online gambling in your jurisdiction and accept sole responsibility for ensuring your use of the Platform is compliant with applicable local laws. idn99 does not provide legal advice. See the Legal Notice on the homepage for further context.

3.3 idn99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be satisfactorily verified.

4.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on idn99. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different usernames, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Clause 10.

4.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identification document (KTP or equivalent), a valid email address, a date of birth, and a valid Indonesian mobile number.

4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share these credentials with any third party. idn99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access that resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 You must notify idn99 customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact details are provided in Clause 18.

4.5 idn99 reserves the right to refuse any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any Account that was opened in violation of these Terms.

5.1 Before processing a Member's first withdrawal request, and at any point thereafter at idn99's reasonable discretion, the Platform will require completion of a KYC identity verification process.

5.2 KYC verification requires submission of at least the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National ID (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Age: Age is verified from the identity document submitted above. Members must be aged 21 or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, confirmation that the payment method used for deposits is registered in the Member's own name (e.g., a bank account statement showing name and account number).

5.3 idn99 aims to complete KYC reviews within one (1) business hour during WIB business hours (09:00–18:00 WIB, Monday–Friday). Reviews submitted outside these hours are processed on the next business day. Complex cases may take longer; Members will be notified if additional documentation is required.

5.4 Withdrawal requests are placed on hold pending successful KYC completion. idn99 will not process withdrawals to an Account that has not completed KYC, regardless of the Account balance.

5.5 Any attempt to submit false, forged, or third-party identification documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

6.1 All deposits on idn99 are processed and credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). idn99 does not apply currency conversion charges.

6.2 Accepted deposit methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon (via bank transfer), and the e-wallets OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

6.3 Minimum deposit thresholds are currently set at Rp 20.000 for bank transfers and Rp 10.000 for e-wallet transactions. These thresholds are subject to change with reasonable prior notice.

6.4 idn99 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own inter-bank or service fees, for which idn99 accepts no responsibility.

6.5 Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where the co-holder is not a registered idn99 Member, or anonymous payment sources are not permitted and may be returned or withheld pending investigation.

6.6 idn99 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time as part of responsible gambling or anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account closure.

7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from an Account that has successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified account in the Member's own name.

7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are disclosed on the withdrawal page.

7.3 idn99 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes for BCA and BRI bank transfers during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Processing times for other methods and off-peak requests (night-time, early morning, or Indonesian public holidays) may be longer. These are target timeframes, not contractual guarantees.

7.4 idn99 does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own charges, for which idn99 accepts no responsibility.

7.5 Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Where a Member's Account contains a combination of real-money funds and Bonus Funds, real-money funds are available for withdrawal at any time, subject to the minimum amount and KYC requirements above.

7.6 idn99 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, multi-accounting, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other Prohibited Conduct pending investigation. The Member will be notified of any such hold within a reasonable timeframe.

8.1 idn99 may offer various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8.2 Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Members only — one bonus per household, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Where a Welcome Bonus is offered, the standard Wagering Requirement is 10× the bonus amount unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds may be restricted to certain game categories. Bets placed on restricted games do not contribute to Wagering Requirement fulfilment.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that are not wagered within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• idn99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a Member's Account where it has been credited in error or obtained in breach of these Terms.

8.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, placing opposing bets across accounts, or systematically exploiting bonus mechanics in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gambling — is strictly prohibited. idn99 may cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and close Accounts involved in bonus abuse.

9.1 Sports Betting: idn99 offers sports betting markets including but not limited to football (bandar bola — sportsbook), mix parlay (accumulator bets), Asian Handicap, 1X2, Over/Under, and Both Teams to Score markets. Markets are available for BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, UEFA Champions League, and other competitions. Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. All bets are final once confirmed; cancellation is not permitted except where idn99 exercises its rights under Clause 9.5.

9.2 Togel: Togel (Toto Gelap — Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on idn99 reference the official draw results of the corresponding international lottery organisations (Singapore Pools, HKJC, etc.). idn99 is not affiliated with those organisations. In the event of a discrepancy between results displayed on idn99 and the source organisation's official results, the source organisation's published result shall prevail.

9.3 Live Casino & Slots: Live casino games and slot games are provided by third-party certified studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others). Each game is subject to its own rules as displayed in-game. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages computed over millions of game rounds and do not represent guaranteed returns for any individual session.

9.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant product interface prior to bet confirmation. Limits may vary by product, market, and Member tier.

9.5 Void Bets: idn99 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, where: (a) the bet was placed after the relevant event or draw had already commenced or concluded; (b) the odds or game parameters were published in error (manifest error); (c) there is evidence that the bet was placed using advance knowledge of a result not publicly available at the time; or (d) the bet involves an event or market that is subsequently cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared. Voided bets are refunded to the Member's Account balance at the original stake amount.

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on idn99. Members found to have engaged in any Prohibited Conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their outstanding balance forfeited (where legally permissible), and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes — any such exploitation must be reported to idn99 immediately rather than taken advantage of.
• Depositing funds that are derived from illegal activities, including proceeds of crime or money laundering.
• Systematically abusing bonus offers in a manner contrary to their intended recreational purpose.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing idn99 staff or other Members.

11.1 All content on the idn99 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, text, logos, software, game interfaces, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of idn99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational gambling purposes only. This licence does not extend to: (a) reproducing, copying, or distributing Platform content; (b) reverse-engineering or decompiling any software; or (c) using the idn99 brand, name, or logo in any commercial or public context without prior written consent.

12.1 idn99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that Policy.

12.2 idn99 does not sell personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required for operational purposes (payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention) or where legally compelled.

12.3 Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Such requests should be directed to the contact details in Clause 18.

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, idn99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond idn99's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Indonesian banks and e-wallet operators.
• Losses arising from a Member's reliance on inaccurate odds or game information that resulted from a technical error promptly corrected by idn99.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm.

13.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits idn99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13.3 Members acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that idn99 does not guarantee any return on any wager placed on the Platform.

14.1 idn99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help Members stay in control of their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all Members via the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount that may be deposited. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Notifications triggered after a Member has been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary suspension of Account access for a defined period (minimum 1 week) or permanently. Self-exclusions may not be reversed early.
• Reality Check: A full, accessible record of all bets placed, wins, losses, and net balance movement.

14.2 If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, please contact our support team at the details in Clause 18 or visit our dedicated Responsible Gaming page for guidance and external support resources.

14.3 idn99 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Accounts opened by individuals under 21 years of age will be closed immediately upon discovery and all balances returned in full, less any amounts that cannot legally be returned.

15.1 idn99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 10.
• The Member fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• idn99 is required to do so by a regulatory obligation or court order.
• The Member is identified as being under 21 years of age.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

15.2 Where an Account is closed for reasons other than Prohibited Conduct, any real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Member via the most recently used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

15.3 Members may close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course unless there are outstanding compliance reviews.

16.1 idn99 may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, idn99 will provide reasonable notice to Members by one or more of the following means: a notice displayed on the Platform homepage, an in-platform notification, or an email to the Member's registered email address.

16.2 Amendments take effect from the date stated in the notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Member does not agree to the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may close their Account in accordance with Clause 15.3.

16.3 The version history of these Terms, including the date of each revision and a summary of material changes, will be maintained and made available on request via the contact details in Clause 18.

17.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which idn99 holds its international operating licence.

17.2 In the event of any dispute between idn99 and a Member, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting idn99 customer support and allowing a reasonable period of not less than 30 days for resolution before pursuing any formal proceedings.

17.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in the jurisdiction of idn99's operating licence. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

17.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
